Sometimes the best way to precision in action is a privately led practice
You may have discovered that practice in class, while great, may still require the benefits of one-on-one instruction. Todd offers both private 1:1 and semi-private group sessions.
Examples of what private practice may reveal:
• To examine an aspect of your asana practice.
• To explore the deeper breath to body connections in a flowing sequence.
• To heal an injury through the therapeutic properties of proper alignment.
• To have the personal space and privacy to inquire on the deeper conversation of yoga practice.
• For the new student who feels self conscious or intimidated about joining public classes.
semi-private sessions (in person, groups of 2-5)
This fully comprehensive practice offers all the details of a private with the added benefit of having a small group of focused yogis to explore and energize your practice. When booking your space, you have the choice of either joining an already existing semi-private group — which introduces you to new yogis and expands your personal yoga community —, or bringing your favorite yoga friends and/or family with you to the practice.
In Todd’s dedicated yoga shala, you have all the amenities of a public studio, minus the crowds and distractions.
Suggested groups can range from 2 to 5 people, the recommended being 4 students per session. The price is fixed at $100.
private sessions (online and in-person)
Privates are offered both online and in-person. Sessions are either 60 or 90 minutes. Fixed cost at $100.
